Beading- Beading provides a seat or stop on the outside of the tubular component. We fabricate bead diameters for perfect friction fits between the bead and the mating part.

Tube Bending- The possible configurations of bent tubes are virtually unlimited. Tube bending can range from performing a simple 90° elbow to parts with compound bends and multiple planes. Each bend is fabricated by custom fixtures made specific to the outside diameter and radius. This process assures smooth uniform bends with minimum distortion.

Tube coiling is performed in much the same manner. The pitch or distance between coils and the outside radius should be specified when designing a coil.

Brazing- KSA Manufacturing brazes strong clean joints with a minimum fillet, assuring localized annealing and repeatability. Our experience can determine when brazing or laser welding is the best option for your project.

Flaring- Customized flaring can be created to match your specifications in a wide variety of tubing.

Machining- KSA Manufacturing has a modern machining center capable of matching parts to mating tubes and creating custom fittings. Our grinding center provides everything from a simple bevel tube to complex multiple ground tips. If you have a tight tolerance machined part that needs to be bonded to a tube, we've got a solution.

Stamping- We offer a wide range of stamping capabilities to produce your parts from several material types and sizes. We follow or exceed manufacturer's specifications and ISO 9001 controls. We practice continuous improvement program updates for our presses and support equipment, supporting our goal to provide Class A stamping and quality products.

Swaging- KSA Manufacturing can provide custom dies and swaging for tubing fabricated by experienced tool makers to assure the highest quality product.

Welding- We maintain a core group of skilled and certified welders capable of welding a wide array of metal assemblies.

Finishing- KSA Manufacturing understands that a part needs to work properly and have an appealing appearance. A refined, finished part reflects both quality and the process that produced the component. We employ several methods to produce a quality finish including buffing and Stainless Micro-Polish. We also offer dull finishes to reduce reflection or to clean up a brazed joint.
